Where:

We've rented a beautiful and isolated eucalyptus grove in the very cool Point Pinole Regional Park in the the East Bay. 

Driving here

From I-80,

• Take the Fitzgerald Dr/Richmond Parkway exit
• Turn left at Fitzgerald Dr/Richmond Pkwy going east; after you pass San Pablo Ave...
• Turn right at Atlas Rd;  drive 0.9 mile; then you enter an industrial thinamagigee
• Turn left at Giant Hwy (the tiny road just past the railroad track. You'll pass a prison on your right. Just past the prison you'll see the park entrance.
• Turn Right into Point Pinole Regional Park.  Enter park here.  Walk down the paved path, crossing the railroad bridge, and stay along the paved path, past several picnic sites. You'll see signs for our event.  It's a 4,200' walk from the parking lot to the lasertag site. 

Point Pinole Regional Park charges cars $5 each to park in their lot. This is not covered by registration. I will reimburse the $5 for anyone who will carpool people to/from the nearby Richmond Bart station.

Carpool

Carpool leaves Richmond Bart at 10:30am. Anyone who wants to take public transportation should be at Richmond Bart station no later than 10:20am. Make sure you let me know that you need a ride and we'll pair you up with someone.

Public Transportation

The 70 AC transit bus that travels to/from Richmond Bart station to the park, but it takes 45 minutes which is uncivilized for a 4.2 mile journey.
